Description
Provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand and manage human behavior in organizations for better performance. Case studies, exercises and short reports will help students understand and apply theoretical concepts relating to motivation, values and ethics, positive psychology, perception, communication, decision making, leadership, group dynamics, conflict and negotiation, power and politics, and organizational design. Prerequisites for College of Business majors and minors: Admission to the College of Business. Prerequisites for non-College of Business majors and minors: Junior standing and instructor's permission. Grade only.
